We recently completed a comprehensive electrical overhaul at a major industrial facility in Norwich. This flagship project spanned over 12 months, demonstrating our capacity to deliver sustained quality on complex, multi-phase sites.

The scope of works was extensive, requiring a complete upgrade of the building’s power backbone. We worked closely with the client to ensure operations could continue where possible, managing the project in strict stages to maintain safety and efficiency.

Scope of Works Delivered

This project was not a simple install; it was a total electrical infrastructure upgrade. Key elements included:

• Mains & Sub-Mains Power: Installation of new Panel Boards and heavy-duty distribution circuits to handle increased industrial loads.
• Containment Systems: Installation of industrial cable ladder, tray, and basket work to route cables safely and neatly at height.
• Intelligent Lighting: A full upgrade to energy-efficient LED General Lighting, controlled by sensors to reduce carbon footprint and energy costs.
• Small Power & Data: Installation of 3-Phase outlets for machinery and structured cabling for office/data connectivity.
• Security Power: Dedicated supplies for CCTV, Intruder Alarms, and Access Control gates to secure the perimeter.
• EV Infrastructure: Groundworks and installation of commercial EV Charging Ports for the company fleet.
